Responsibilities
- • Build and maintaining clients relationships
• Solve problems for clients
• Support with all operational tasks
• Organize first test classes
• Communication with coaches
• Choose a class suitable for the client's schedule
• Send invoices to clients for payment
• Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply
Required Qualifications
- • You must have experience in customer support and consultation with clients
• Fluent English. Other languages as a plus.
• Fast reaction and excellent concentration as a must!
